2007 - week 40
Wow, forty weeks into the year and only three-odd posts! I'm slippin' a lil.
Well, i got out of Brisbane for a week. And everyone knows already because of nerdbook.. it was pretty cold in melbourne, but what better excuse for sipping tea and eating homecooked meals and cakes for 7 straight days? Here are some loverly pictures of my niece. She's so gorgeous. Caitlin tells her to call me mama-manda, but it ends up settling on Mum-my! the second syllable stressed. How fantastic to have a daughter i didn't have to actually give birth to.
She's very tidy and proper and loves being outdoors-kind of a disadvantage when we're talking victorian weather in september. She loves me. She LOVES me. (think Jane from Pride and Prejudice...talking about Bingley) On cloud nine, I am.
