Someone belongs here
..and by here i mean behind bars. have been seriously uninspired for the past two weeks because cristen and i were robbed. the ***holes stole my video camera FULL OF TAPE i might add, a tonne of money from cristen, and my bag with stuff in it, like a cute green sweater from new york. it had sentimental value...we're getting the locks changed and a security box.The landlady is currently a suspect as she was hugely unhelpful and just told us not to leave valuables at home.GREAT i can become a bag lady and take everything worth two thoughts with me wherever i go. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a house?
Comforting, to know the solution is to turn homeless...

Oh, this really sucks Amanda, I hope that you get your stuff back, particularly your video camera if it had lots of footage on it...:( Dare I ask if you are insured? By the way did you notice that some of the comments left on your blogsite are spam?!? tricky little pests....

Thanks pixel, i know - i've converted the comment setting to try weed out the spam-pests. the police said the chances of getting my cam back are zero to none.. well not in those words because they spoke zero to none English. kind of a long story.. we took a week to make a report because we weren't sure if we'd really been robbed or not... anyway, it's gone.
I'm ok though, and cat arrives today, so am super-excited but have a tonne of things to catch up on before she gets here. will blog soon.
Wow, I didn't know Cat was visiting you! Say hi from me, hope you gals have a lovely time! Bummer about your video camera, you'll just have to get a fancier one now though ;) I'd love to get involved in making a movie. Am v. inspired at the moment... Will whip up a script for you. How's that sound?
